This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and finalize new business opportunities while cultivating a strong pipeline within targeted vertical markets.
• Identify promising vertical software companies and forge strategic partnerships that enhance market expansion.
• Sell integrated payment processing, ledger services, and associated financial technology solutions to enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to recognize and prioritize adjacent markets and new embedded finance prospects.
• Establish relationships with executive decision-makers, technical buyers, and strategic partners.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and networking occasions.
• Convey the Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Market back to product, strategy, and go-to-market teams to influence future product direction and commercial strategy.
• Negotiate innovative partnership structures and commercial agreements that generate long-term value.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, ideally in embedded payments or developer-centric platforms.
• Profound understanding of embedded payments, payment processing, card issuance, cloud-native APIs, or embedded finance.
• Experience in building strategic partnerships and developing new markets.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the capability to engage both executive and technical audiences.
• A well-established professional network within fintech, embedded payments, vertical software, healthcare technology, or benefits administration technology.
• Experience in structuring innovative commercial partnerships and negotiating strategic agreements.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to flourish in ambiguity, act swiftly, and create processes as the business grows.
• Previous experience in startup or early-stage sales and product leadership is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to client sites, events, or internal meetings, approximately 30% of your work schedule.
• Comfort with virtual meetings (camera-on) and remote team collaboration.
