• Unleash the hidden potential within Sinch’s current enterprise client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Account Management teams to identify and cultivate substantial new business opportunities within established accounts.
• Aim to broaden our presence by introducing new products, services, and solutions to various departments or fresh use cases within existing client organizations, generating significant upsell and cross-sell revenue.
• Work closely with Account Managers to thoroughly analyze existing accounts, proactively pinpointing and mapping new departments, divisions, or strategic initiatives where Sinch can deliver considerable value.
• Establish and foster relationships with new stakeholders and decision-makers within current client organizations.
• Perform comprehensive discovery processes to grasp the evolving challenges and strategic objectives of clients.
• Create and present customized business cases and proposals for new services and solutions.
• Oversee the complete business development cycle for these new opportunities, from lead generation and qualification to commercial negotiations and successful transitions to Account Management.
• Collaborate across functions with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Keep an accurate and robust pipeline of expansion opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Technical, or equivalent professional experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or strategic account management within SaaS, CPaaS, telecom, software, or a related high-growth sector.
• Demonstrated track record of driving substantial revenue growth within a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts, including a history of successful upselling and cross-selling.
• Experience in engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders to expand the Sinch footprint across various business units and locations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, including contract renewals, service migrations, and the adoption of new products.
• Solid grasp of solution-based and value-driven sales methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of adapting messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
• Proficiency in business English (both written and spoken).
