This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients and engaged prospects.
• Reconnect with inactive prospects through consultative and commercially-oriented discussions.
• Recognize opportunities to introduce clients to supplementary programs and services.
• Provide a professional, consultative customer experience that embodies the company's premium brand.
• Oversee a pipeline of qualified prospects from the initial engagement to scheduled sales conversations.
• Identify high-value prospects and refer qualified leads to senior sales professionals as necessary.
• Maintain precise CRM records, ensuring that every interaction, outcome, and follow-up is logged promptly.
• Generate weekly pipeline reports that highlight activity, opportunities, and conversion progress.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the company's programs and the client journey.
• Conduct discovery conversations to grasp each prospect's business objectives and challenges.
• Suggest suitable next steps based on the unique circumstances of each client.
• Continuously contribute to business growth through quality conversations and opportunity creation.
• Collaborate closely with the broader commercial team to optimize conversion opportunities.
• Participate in company events and networking opportunities as necessary.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to facilitate ongoing improvement.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing capacity.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships that result in commercial success.
• Confidence in engaging with business owners, entrepreneurs, and senior decision-makers.
• Exceptional communication, listening, and questioning abilities.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a knack for quickly establishing trust.
• Outstanding organizational skills coupled with disciplined CRM management.
• Capability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• A genuine interest in business, entrepreneurship, or investment.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in selling high-ticket products or services (£5,000+).
• Previous experience in professional training, education, or events.
• Background in recruitment, property, financial services, or business consultancy.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Understanding of business acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment, or entrepreneurship.
