This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with mid to large physician groups, with an emphasis on selling Medusind’s all-encompassing RCM services.

• Utilize a profound understanding of the RCM industry and the specialty provider landscape to formulate targeted sales strategies.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers in physician groups, establishing Medusind as a reliable partner.

• Create and implement strategic sales plans tailored to meet the requirements of specialty provider groups such as Anesthesia, Radiology, and Pathology.

• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing new business deals and promoting revenue growth.

• Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts that align with Medusind’s service offerings and revenue goals.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (operations, development) to guarantee smooth service delivery.

• Provide consistent updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets to the Chief Growth Officer.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry, specifically in selling RCM services to specialty providers.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the RCM services landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory factors, and key players in the specialty provider arena.

• Proven track record of driving substantial business growth through new client acquisition and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• A robust network within the specialty provider community, with demonstrated capability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.

• Proficiency in developing and executing effective sales strategies, negotiation, and closing complex deals.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey the value of RCM services to potential clients.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
