This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Increase revenue for designated locations by fostering referrals from specialist physician offices that prescribe infusion therapy.
• Build, nurture, and sustain relationships with essential stakeholders in your territory, including specialist physician office personnel, primary care providers, pharmaceutical representatives, payer case managers, benefits consultants, and employers.
• Collaborate closely with providers, referral partners, and the Local Infusion operations team to ensure favorable outcomes for both patients and physicians.
• Enhance brand visibility by participating in networking events, conferences, local walks, and various community engagements.
• Serve as a liaison between referring practices and the Local Infusion operations team to guarantee that physician practices are well-informed about referral processes and that patients are captured promptly.
• Create a positive and cooperative working relationship with pharmaceutical representatives and other referral sources within the territory.
• Provide timely and organized reports through CRM reporting, management tracking, and expense platforms.
• Achieve and surpass sales quotas.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend work as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Outstanding customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong listening abilities to identify pain points and discover opportunities.

• Proficient in utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and standard office software applications.
• Experience collaborating directly with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff is preferred.
• Previous experience in selling or supporting infused medications, specialty biologics, IV therapies, immunoglobulin therapies, specialty injectables, or related therapeutic products is highly favored.
• Experience establishing relationships directly with physician offices, infusion clinics, specialty practices, nurses, care coordinators, and clinical staff.
• Background in calling on specialties such as rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology, immunology, dermatology, cardiology, or similar referral-driven specialties is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to identify referral opportunities, understand provider pain points, and pinpoint opportunities that enhance patient access, provider experience, and care coordination.
• Travel requirements include primarily daytime travel within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel.
• Must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
