📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth for designated locations by fostering referrals from specialist physician offices that prescribe infusion therapy.

• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance relationships with key stakeholders in your region, including staff at specialist physician offices, primary care providers, pharmaceutical representatives, payer case managers, benefits consultants, and employers.

• Collaborate closely with providers, referral partners, and the Local Infusion operations team to ensure favorable outcomes for both patients and physicians.

• Enhance brand visibility by participating in networking events, conferences, local walks, and various community activities.

• Serve as a liaison between referring practices and the Local Infusion operations team to ensure that physician practices are informed about referral processes and that patients are captured in a timely manner.

• Foster a constructive and collaborative relationship with pharmaceutical representatives and other referral sources within the territory.

• Submit timely and organized reports through CRM reporting, management tracking, and expense platforms.

• Meet and exceed sales quotas.

• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• A competitive mindset, coupled with a customer-focused approach.

• A consistently positive demeanor, with a dedication to continuous self-improvement.

• Outstanding customer service, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Excellent listening skills with the capacity to identify pain points and uncover opportunities.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as well as standard office software applications.

• Preferred experience working directly with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff members.

• Strongly preferred prior experience in selling or supporting infused medications, specialty biologics, IV therapies, IG therapies, specialty injectables, or related therapeutic products.

• Experience in building relationships with physician offices, infusion clinics, specialty practices, nurses, care coordinators, and clinical staff.

• Preferred background in specialties such as rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology, immunology, dermatology, cardiology, or other similar referral-driven specialties.

• Proven capability to identify referral opportunities, discern provider pain points, and pinpoint opportunities that enhance patient access, provider experience, and care coordination.

• Travel requirements include primarily daytime travel within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight trips.

• Must reside in the Belmont/Baltimore, MD area.
