This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects within your territory, engaging with organizations new to Gartner, from initial outreach to closing deals, specifically targeting Large Enterprise organizations.
• Transform qualified prospects into engaged Gartner clients, managing the entire sales dialogue and negotiation process, and facilitating the transition of new clients to the account management team.
• Continuously develop a robust pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet your sales metrics and ensure KPI targets are achieved.
• Coordinate the appropriate blend of insights, guidance, and practical tools to enhance the value of the partnership.
• Responsible for quota management within your designated territory.
• Handle intricate, high-revenue sales across various matrix and business environments.
• Take charge of forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in complex, intangible sales settings.
• Experience in business development or acquiring new clients in a sales role is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Proven capability to accurately manage and forecast a complex sales process.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
