This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accountable for delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to needs analysis, contract signing, and follow-up services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Frequently engages (both remotely and in-person) with new and existing clients.
• Cultivates relationships with designated clients by serving as their primary point of contact.
• Proactively identifies and seeks out new business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Develops customized strategies to address each client’s objectives while spotting upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance our market presence.
• Expands business with current clients by identifying solutions and services that support their growth efforts to achieve year-on-year sales increases.
• Achieves or surpasses sales targets and revenue objectives by actively managing sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Oversees contracts, contract renewals, and engages in negotiations and pricing discussions to align with the goals of both the client and the company.
• Responsible for project management, working closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and client success.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of gaming regulations, processes, and procedures.
• Conducts daily research on legislation and news articles that may impact gaming, lottery, and voting testing, providing accurate analyses of their implications on the Company to relevant personnel.
• Reviews market analysis to assess customer needs.
• Acts as the main liaison between the client and the training coordinator for in-service training sessions conducted at GLI offices and client sites.
• Completes translations as assigned.
• Regularly updates the CRM system for all assigned clients.
• Collaborates closely with internal cross-functional teams to support sales strategies and initiatives.
• Participates in tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables as assigned.
• Performs other duties as required.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales, development, or government role is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the gaming industry is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Must possess experience in creating and delivering persuasive presentations to senior-level clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with experience in collaborative decision-making across technology, sales, and customer teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities is necessary.
• A high degree of attention to quality, detail, and accuracy is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate effectively in English and Brazilian Portuguese to perform the duties of this position.
• Fluency in Spanish as a third language is preferred, but not required.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, and be available for extended hours beyond the traditional workweek as needed.
