• Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Engage with key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
• Demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services through presentations to both potential and current partners.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to final closure.
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs assessments with current and potential partners to tailor solutions to their specific needs and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a smooth experience for partners.
• Provide insights regarding ongoing industry trends.
• Reach out to 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and record all call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners regarding all commercial activities.
• At least 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a proven record of success.
• Experience in the SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms industry is highly preferred.
• A proactive hunter and adept relationship builder.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Inherently curious with a strong desire for continuous personal and professional development.
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English; knowledge of any additional languages or Spanish is advantageous!
