This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• In the role of Lead Generation Executive, you will play a vital part in identifying potential customers, engaging with senior decision-makers, and scheduling qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams.
• Your performance will be evaluated based on the quality and quantity of the meetings you secure, positioning you as an essential contributor to the sales process.
• Identify and target potential customers within designated markets.
• Connect with decision-makers through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Assess prospects based on established criteria and arrange meetings for the sales teams of our clients.
• Create a reliable pipeline of qualified appointments through consistent outbound efforts.
• Keep precise records of all interactions with prospects and meeting arrangements in Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Consultants to ensure seamless transitions of booked meetings.
• Make a positive first impression and represent our clients with professionalism.
• Achieve and surpass monthly KPIs related to outbound activities, qualified meetings, and pipeline development.
• Provide feedback and insights from the market to enhance campaigns and lead generation tactics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort in engaging with senior decision-makers via phone.
• Demonstrated resilience, self-motivation, and a focus on targets.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Availability to work 18.75 hours each week.
• Familiarity with the UK market is preferred.
