Business Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Build a strong pipeline by effectively engaging with leads at a high volume and speed.

• Respond to marketing leads and inbound inquiries.

• Engage in proactive prospecting and self-initiated outreach.

• Apply the MEDDPICC framework to assess opportunities within accounts, pinpointing key stakeholders, decision criteria, and metrics to enhance engagement and maximize revenue potential.

• Manage the pipeline dynamically and provide precise sales forecasts.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business cases that secure new business opportunities while overseeing the entire sales process.

• Participate in virtual events and exhibitions to promote Everway and actively network.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, and Technical Support—to align on prospect requirements and ensure smooth account engagement and revenue achievement.

• Actively contribute to team meetings and strategic planning sessions.

• Stay informed about the competitive landscape to effectively position Everway’s products.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system to comprehensively capture all sales activities and the complete customer journey.

• Close deals over extended sales cycles while fostering strategic relationships.

• Provide regular reports on growth trends, challenges, and achievements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of B2B sales or similar experience, with a proven history of generating sales and acquiring new business within an established SaaS environment, ideally in the EdTech sector.

• Proven track record of driving incremental revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers across diverse verticals.

• Consistent performance in meeting assigned targets while prioritizing and providing an exceptional sales experience for clients.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other relevant CRM systems, along with proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office.
