Business Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Monitor, document, and oversee sales activities and outcomes within our CRM system.

• Arrange business development meetings.

• Engage in a high volume of outbound communications daily through various channels, utilizing the Outreach platform to build relationships with potential clients.

• Investigate organizations and individuals to pinpoint new prospects, assess client needs, and explore potential new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in a business development capacity, particularly within professional services (such as Accounting and Law firms). Established business network in the Bay Area is essential.

• Proven track record in lead generation - identifying, initiating, and nurturing both new and ongoing business leads.

• Strong confidence and exceptional interpersonal skills that have led to the formation of robust business relationships based on trust.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PitchBook, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
