⛳️ Requirements

• **Ideal Candidate Requirements**

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or as an SDR within B2B SaaS, technology, or supply chain solutions.

• Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation and cold calling.

• Proficient with sales tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Nooks, etc.

• Strong understanding of pipeline metrics: MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and activity volumes.

• Exceptional at handling objections and qualifying prospects through strategic questioning.

• Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers in Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance.

• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Hunter mentality: self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented.

• Adaptable, open to coaching, and operates with a sense of urgency.

• **Nice to Have**

• Experience with EDI, supply chain, ERP, or procurement technology.

• Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as BANT, and value-based selling methodologies.

• Background in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
