This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities throughout North America.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with decision-makers and hiring leaders.
• Act as the main point of contact for onboarding new clients and engaging at early stages.
• Collaborate closely with a team of recruiters to ensure timely and high-quality candidate delivery.
• Manage the complete business development lifecycle from outreach to signed engagement.
• Monitor pipeline activities, revenue growth, and conversion metrics.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and establishing long-term partnerships.
• Maintain effective communication, follow-through, and executive-level client interactions.
• Achieve and surpass revenue targets aligned with the commission structure.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within staffing, recruiting, or talent advisory.
• Strong knowledge of hiring practices and delivery models in North America.
• Proven success in generating new business and managing client relationships.
• Experience collaborating with recruiter teams to facilitate candidate placements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, driven by performance and earnings.
• Preferred experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Profitable commission earnings.
• Complete autonomy over your pipeline and client relationships.
