This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Account Lifecycle: Serve as the main business executive for your portfolio, overseeing strategic growth, contract negotiations, profitability, and the health of long-term partnerships.
• Propel Early-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with customers to expedite their product launch schedules by utilizing Biomerics’ rapid prototyping, New Product Introduction (NPI), and early-stage manufacturing capabilities.
• Discover and seize new business opportunities early in the product lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between customer engineering teams and Biomerics’ internal New Product Development (NPD) resources.
• Lead project scoping, coordinate Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and create commercial proposals alongside internal R&D, operations, quality, and project management teams.
• Keep track of industry trends, venture capital investments in med-tech, and clinical advancements to establish Biomerics as the preferred development partner.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or a related technical field).
• 3–7+ years of experience in the medical device sector, particularly in R&D engineering, product development, or technical program management.
• A strong grasp of complex medical device design, subassemblies, components, delivery systems, and the product development lifecycle (from concept to verification/validation).
• A "hunter" mindset with a desire for business growth, negotiation, and forging executive-level relationships.
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
• A proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a fast-paced, highly technical B2B setting.
