This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Propel the sales of B&R's complete product line within the designated territory by pursuing both new and existing sales opportunities.
• Identify, articulate, and cultivate optimal technical solutions and strategies for customer applications.
• Conduct comprehensive technical presentations and discussions with clients.
• Broaden the customer base by devising and implementing a Target Account Business Plan.
• Gather market intelligence and record this information in B&R’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and other departments to enhance sales initiatives.
• Participate in trade shows to identify potential customers and represent B&R during these events.
• Boost sales with current customers by providing outstanding sales support as well as introducing new products and services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in cold-calling, technical sales, business development, and lead generation; prior experience in the automation sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with Machine and Motion Control is advantageous.
• Capability to comprehend and articulate technical products and solutions is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel 50% - 75% within the territory (predominantly domestic with some international travel); candidates must have a valid passport.
