This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the implementation of all strategic initiatives, resulting in the successful attainment of business operating and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Editorial, Marketing, and Product Marketing to execute segment initiatives and ensure alignment of product strategy, messaging, and product marketing with the CDSP segment strategy.
• Maintain an ongoing dashboard for strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage and facilitate team operating mechanisms in conjunction with segment leadership, Sales Operations, and Customer Success.
• Support segment leadership, alongside Sales Operations, to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Assist segment leadership, in collaboration with Product, to oversee market-facing innovation engagements and early adopter programs.
• Aid segment leadership, in partnership with Editorial, to supervise content development and innovation engagements.
• Evaluate financial data and customer purchasing information to identify key business issues relevant to segment planning and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Propose and refine the appropriate level of functional treatment for various initiatives based on sales growth objectives and financial/investment parameters for WK Health.
• Lead consulting engagements for segment leadership, including growth strategy recommendations, adjacent market entry opportunities, portfolio analysis, and general strategy development/planning.
• Develop and manage segmentation strategies for the business to facilitate initiatives such as segment growth, sales acceleration programs, portfolio management, and new product development.
• Exhibit behaviors that reflect corporate core values and culture; cultivate positive and professional relationships with customers and colleagues; and uphold a reputation for competence, integrity, and professionalism.
• BS/BA Degree or equivalent relevant experience; MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in leading, supporting, and advancing business strategy, operations, and/or program management.
• 6+ years of senior-level experience in consulting and strategy within a top firm or major corporation, ideally with a background in a professional services or software company.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present a compelling case for strategic cross-organization and Go To Market programs.
• Proven experience in complex financial analysis, data analysis, financial modeling, and developing business cases for new products.
• Consulting mindset—capable of extracting insights from complex and/or limited information to provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in understanding the needs of internal customers and stakeholders, as well as business trends, successfully translating these into business and program plans.
• Proven ability to effectively engage, communicate with, and collaborate with executives.
• Strong analytical mindset, relationship-building skills, and the capability to work across business functions, including segment, sales, finance, product, marketing, customer success, and legal, among other teams that support commercial execution and success.
• Natural aptitude for identifying and resolving process, operational, and market gaps.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adjust priorities as needed.
• Program and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Personal and consultative approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft product suite and familiarity with SalesForce is preferred.
