This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +11 more states.
• Drive targeted business growth with both new and existing clients.
• Identify potential accounts, nurture them as prospects, and convert them into customers.
• Create a personal sales strategy and manage a pipeline to achieve corporate business objectives.
• Lead the development of proposals, collaborating with our team of solution engineers, finance, energy markets, technology, and other professionals to provide valuable business solutions for our clients.
• Offer insights and recommendations on the creation of new solutions and services.
• Initiate, sustain, and enhance strategic partnerships to boost sales and expand service offerings.
• Successful completion of a college or university program (engineering or technical field is an asset).
• At least 5 years of experience in a hunter sales role within the energy management solutions or related sector, focusing on large commercial and industrial power users.
• Experience with demand response, distributed energy resources, and grid-edge technologies is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A valid driver's license.
