This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify strategic targets, focusing on companies that are developing products using xenograft biomaterials (fresh tissue, fixed tissue, and collagen), and uncover opportunities that align with our processing and manufacturing strengths.
• Formulate Key Account Strategies that cater to clients’ needs in xenograft sourcing, processing, and commercialization, positioning Evergen as a vital CDMO partner.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and internal workflows.
• Facilitate collaborative efforts across various functions (R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing) to create and deliver tailored xenograft-based solutions.
• Convert xenograft platform capabilities (e.g., decellularization, fixation, collagen processing) into customer-specific value propositions.
• Recognize and cultivate opportunities where xenograft materials can supplant or surpass alternative biomaterials, enhancing differentiation for clients.
• Lead negotiations and finalize deals, ensuring advantageous terms for the company while achieving high client satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor actions to uncover avenues for growth and differentiation.
• Prepare for and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to showcase our capabilities and broaden our client base.
• Compile and present regular updates on business development initiatives, pipeline status, and sales performance to senior management.
• Utilize CRM systems to document account planning, prospects, and pipeline progression.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the medical device sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a medical device CDMO setting.
• In-depth knowledge of xenograft biomaterials, including fresh tissue, fixed tissue, and collagen (fibrillar, solubilized, or formulated), along with their applications in medical devices.
• Experience in xenograft sourcing, processing, or manufacturing (e.g., decellularization, sterilization, or collagen processing).
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and participate in industry events.
