• Develop and spearhead Storm's commercial growth framework for the US entertainment industry.
• Establish a well-defined named-account strategy across key client ecosystems.
• Foster new opportunities within large, existing client organizations.
• Bring Storm's AI transformation offerings to the market.
• Transform Storm's established senior connections into a structured commercial cadence.
• Assess opportunities with sound judgment.
• Manage the CRM and ensure pipeline discipline for commercial expansion.
• Lead and guide our AI-focused marketing team.
• Oversee the pitch and proposal workflow.
• Extensive experience in business development, growth, or commercial roles within an agency, entertainment, media, or related fields.
• Established relationships or credible access within the Los Angeles entertainment, media, marketing, or agency sectors.
• Proven experience in leading or contributing to pitches, proposals, RFPs, credentials meetings, SOWs, and commercial negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend specialized services like ours — strategy, social, content, creative production, and AI transformation.
