This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• New Business Development: Champion HealthLink’s offerings, cultivate fresh opportunities, and oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Consultative Sales: Grasp client requirements related to HCP targeting, audience development, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
• Product Positioning: Effectively articulate the value of HealthLink’s data, identity, and engagement solutions to marketing, brand, media, and commercial stakeholders.
• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers across marketing, media, and commercial teams.
• Market Awareness: Remain informed about HCP engagement strategies, omnichannel marketing, AdTech, and the evolving landscape of life sciences marketing practices.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, solution sales, and client success teams to ensure alignment in positioning, proposals, execution, and client outcomes.
• Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Direct proposal development with the Solution Sales Architect, lead pricing discussions, and negotiate contracts to finalize new business.
• Strategic Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor by offering insights on HCP engagement, data accuracy, media efficiency, and optimizing campaign performance.
• Experience: 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, AdTech, or healthcare data, with a demonstrated record of building new accounts and pipelines.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of life sciences, HCP engagement, DSPs, and programmatic media.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of consistently achieving quotas through outbound prospecting, account penetration, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
• Prospecting Discipline: Proactive generation of pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, events, and personal networks.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Discovery and Solution Mapping: Proficient in identifying HCP data and media inefficiencies and aligning solutions with ROI and measurement outcomes.
• Collaboration: Effectively works with marketing, product, and client success while taking ownership of pipeline creation and deal progression.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline, activities, and outreach.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings, company gatherings, conferences, and industry events.
