Business Development Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on seeking out opportunities and expanding business within the Army sector

• Oversee all facets of account growth and the development of new business

• Engage with customers to gain insights into their territory

• Build a pipeline of new opportunities for the designated sector or market segment

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities

• Implement call plans to gather information on potential opportunities

• Cultivate customer relationships and enhance customer intimacy

• Prepare and present opportunities during formal gate reviews

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience

• BS/BA Degree is mandatory

• Experience in Strategic Planning

• Previous experience in aviation, fires, robotic, and/or autonomous systems

• Prior experience collaborating with technical partners and engineering teams

• Capability to interact with a diverse range of U.S. Department of War and international clients

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
