• Drive strategic expansion by identifying, nurturing, and securing new business opportunities that align with Creation’s long-term market goals and competitive stance.

• Generate leads, convert prospects, and grow the customer base utilizing tools to monitor performance and predict growth.

• Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of the EMS industry to enhance Creation’s reputation as a strategic, trusted partner in the electronics manufacturing sector.

• Maintain ongoing engagement and proactive follow-up with potential customers to foster relationships and promote new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure offerings are in line with market trends and customer needs.

• Continuously evaluate and adapt to changes in the competitive landscape to maintain market relevance and strategic differentiation.

• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to implement strategic business development initiatives, ensuring alignment and sustained progress toward growth goals.

• Engage with internal stakeholders to provide strategic pricing models, market insights, and customized value propositions that meet customer priorities and drive business results.

• Lead partnership negotiations and build strategic relationships that create mutual value, accelerate growth, and support long-term business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be taken into account.

• A minimum of eight years of experience in sales and business development within technology manufacturing or a related field is mandatory.

• Candidates must demonstrate a proven history of strategic partnership development, revenue growth, and leadership in lead management and business expansion.

• In-depth knowledge of the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry and familiarity with key sectors such as Medical, Technology Industrial, and Aerospace and Defense is essential.

• The ability to formulate and implement market strategies, create customized value propositions, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders is crucial.

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Microsoft Office, and lead generation platforms is required.
