This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of Cinch’s go-to-market strategy across key channels.
• Discover, initiate, and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
• Implement solution-selling techniques to effectively position Cinch’s products and secure new strategic partnerships.
• Create and oversee a robust pipeline of opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
• Utilize Salesforce.com as the main CRM to monitor, manage, and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Foster and maintain strong internal and external relationships to facilitate business expansion.
• Oversee contract negotiations in accordance with the company’s guidelines and commercial targets.
• Assist in the transition of new clients to the implementation and account management teams.
• Provide regular performance updates to leadership regarding pipeline status, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Conduct market research and prospecting efforts to uncover lucrative growth opportunities.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 7 years of sales and business development experience, ideally in affinity marketing, partnerships, or subscription-based services.
• Experience in crafting innovative business models or partnership strategies within or related to the insurance sector.
• Demonstrated capability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline and close complex partnership agreements.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for developing creative solutions and adapting swiftly to changing opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support prospecting and client interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
