This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recognize potential opportunities and connect with executive decision-makers.
• Assess prospects and assist in transforming opportunities into client engagements.
• Communicate with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs, operational executives, and business owners.
• Foster relationships and generate new opportunities.
• A minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, consulting, recruiting, or executive services.
• Preferred experience in selling professional services, consulting, advisory services, intelligence solutions, or other high-value B2B offerings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to comfortably engage with C-level executives.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, or related fields is advantageous.
• Performance-based compensation model.
• Commission on successfully closed business.
• Additional incentives based on performance.
