Business Development Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify potential clients within targeted industries.

• Create and uphold a database of prospects.

• Engage in outbound communication through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings.

• Clearly present Westmoreland Builders' history, qualifications, project portfolio, and unique selling points.

• Keep track of industry updates, permit applications, real estate developments, and market trends.

• Oversee Westmoreland Builders' social media activities.

• Interact with followers and monitor social media channels.

• Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure the outreach strategy is in alignment.

• Manage and update the company's AIA A305 Contractor Qualification Statement.

• Lead the organization of contractor license renewals.

• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.

• Represent Westmoreland Builders at industry-related events.

• Knowledge of the construction industry.

• Ability to conduct outbound outreach with confidence and professionalism.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in social media platforms.

• Strong research capabilities.

• High level of organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and driven.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).

• Preferred qualification: Certified Construction Marketing Professional (CCMP) or an equivalent professional certification in construction marketing, business development, or a related field.
