This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, which includes the creation, organization, and submission of assigned proposals in response to client RFPs and requests from teaming partners.
• Ensure compliance with all submission criteria, verify that materials are properly formatted, and conduct final reviews to guarantee grammatical accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal.
• Create and manage proposal schedules, templates, checklists, and style guides to ensure submissions are timely, organized, and of high quality.
• Write, edit, and enhance technical narratives, project descriptions, resumes, and customized content that highlight the company’s strengths and capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, management, and external business partners to gather information, manage contributions, and ensure all necessary details are incorporated into proposal submissions.
• Monitor proposal outcomes, keep records of win/loss data, and develop materials to enhance proposal efficiency and quality.
• Prepare and organize materials for interviews, coordinating with internal and external partners to gather content, confirm participant information, and manage timelines for interview readiness.
• Assist with logistical planning, including practice sessions, equipment requirements, and providing support to team members during interviews.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and branded items for events and client outreach.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, teaming partners, and Quinn personnel to promote business growth.
• Support logistics for conferences and events, including registrations, hotel bookings, and preparation of materials as needed.
• Work with management to update and maintain Quinn’s website and marketing content as required.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support marketing, business development, and company initiatives.
• Prior experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in proposal writing, marketing coordination, or business development support (AEC industry experience is preferred).
