This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan focused on healthcare organizations with Net Patient Revenue between $50M and $1B.
• Identify, connect, and foster relationships with CFOs, leaders in Revenue Cycle, Treasury executives, CIOs, and heads of Patient Financial Services.
• Create new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, participation in industry events, referrals, and strategic alliances.
• Consult with healthcare executives regarding business goals, challenges in revenue cycle management, objectives for patient engagement, and initiatives for digital transformation.
• Position U.S. Bank’s healthcare payment ecosystem as a key strategic solution.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and engage in value-based discussions.
• Craft customized presentations, ROI analyses, business cases, demonstrations, and executive-level proposals.
• Coordinate resources from product, implementation, sales engineering, pricing, and executive leadership teams.
• Manage competitive situations and navigate complex healthcare purchasing processes.
• Oversee contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Finalize agreements and cultivate long-term client partnerships.
• Collaborate with account management and implementation teams to ensure successful client onboarding and growth.
• Represent U.S. Bank at healthcare conferences, trade associations, and networking events.
• Stay informed about trends in healthcare payments, regulatory changes, challenges in revenue cycle management, and competitive dynamics.
• Establish a reputation as a thought leader in the healthcare payments sector.
• Generate a qualified pipeline and successfully close intricate healthcare technology and payment deals.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful solution sales experience.
• Proven experience selling to healthcare organizations.
• Background in selling revenue cycle solutions, healthcare technology, patient financial engagement, healthcare payments, financial technology, or similar products.
• A history of meeting or surpassing sales goals and acquiring new clients.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations that have a Net Patient Revenue of $50M to $1B.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and patient payment workflows.
• Experience in engaging with executive stakeholders such as CFOs, Treasurers, CIOs, and VPs of Revenue Cycle.
• Strong consultative and value-oriented selling abilities.
• Familiarity with responding to RFPs, delivering executive presentations, and showcasing solutions through demonstrations.
• Proven skills in contract negotiation and deal management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings, conferences, and internal gatherings.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank's policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
