This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a strategic plan for targeting healthcare organizations with Net Patient Revenue ranging from $50M to $1B.

• Identify, connect, and cultivate relationships with CFOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, Treasury executives, CIOs, and leaders in Patient Financial Services.

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, participation in industry events, referrals, and forming strategic partnerships.

• Consult with healthcare executives regarding their business goals, revenue cycle challenges, patient engagement objectives, and initiatives for digital transformation.

• Promote U.S. Bank’s healthcare payment ecosystem to enhance collections, improve patient satisfaction, boost operational efficiency, and elevate financial performance.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and engage in value-focused discussions.

• Create customized presentations, ROI analyses, business cases, demonstrations, and proposals for executives.

• Coordinate resources across product, implementation, sales engineering, pricing, and executive leadership teams.

• Navigate competitive opportunities and manage complex healthcare purchasing processes.

• Lead negotiations for contracts and commercial agreements.

• Finalize agreements and foster long-term partnerships with clients.

• Collaborate with account management and implementation teams to support client onboarding and growth initiatives.

• Represent U.S. Bank at healthcare conferences, trade associations, and networking events.

• Stay informed about trends in healthcare payments, regulatory changes, revenue cycle challenges, and competitive dynamics.

• Build a reputation as a thought leader in the healthcare payments sector.

• Consistently develop a qualified sales pipeline, cultivate executive relationships, create unique value propositions, close complex deals, and contribute to the growth strategy of U.S. Bank’s healthcare payments division.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.

• Over 5 years of proven success in solution sales.

• Demonstrable experience selling to healthcare organizations.

• Experience in selling revenue cycle solutions, healthcare technology, patient financial engagement, healthcare payments, financial technology, or similar products.

• A track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals and generating new business opportunities.

• Experience with healthcare organizations having $50M–$1B in Net Patient Revenue.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and patient payment processes.

• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, including CFOs, Treasurers, CIOs, and VPs of Revenue Cycle.

• Strong consultative skills and proficiency in value-based selling.

• Experience with RFP responses, conducting executive presentations, and delivering solution demonstrations.

• Proven experience in contract negotiation and deal management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and internal gatherings.
