This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategic Door Opening: Recognize and assess mid-market firms, scale-ups, and enterprise technology organizations throughout the UK that are encountering significant local engineering challenges.
• Account-Based Outreach: Emphasize high-quality, focused research and facilitate warm introductions.
• Initial Discovery: Start strategic dialogues with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and other C-level tech stakeholders to present Optiveum’s specialized nearshore delivery approach.
• Operational Support: Collaboratively conduct technical deep-dives and solution scoping with our founders.
• Proven Track Record: At least 2-3 years of experience selling high-value B2B services within the UK tech industry, particularly in IT outsourcing, specialized staff augmentation, or intricate software development services.
• An Active "Black Book": A well-established network of connections with UK-based technology executives, including CTOs and heads of product engineering.
• Tech Literacy: Strong understanding of the current technological landscape.
• Quality Focus: A sales expert who inherently prioritizes precision, trust, and consultative alignment over high-volume transactional sales.
