📋 Description

• Develop and implement a global go-to-market strategy for Professional Services.

• Generate a new business pipeline focusing primarily on North America and Europe.

• Identify and target enterprise opportunities.

• Increase Circana’s presence in related verticals.

• Personally initiate and oversee a global enterprise sales pipeline.

• Lead and nurture the Professional Services global sales team.

• Build, recruit, and expand a team of 6–8 business development leads for services, distributed globally.

• Represent Professional Services at the executive level with senior stakeholders across the globe.

• Manage the comprehensive commercial process for intricate enterprise opportunities.

• Oversee the commercial terms for services, including Statements of Work (SOW), managed service constructs, and pricing strategies.

• Establish and continually refine a formal global sales process that promotes consistent growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in selling Professional Services, such as consulting, managed services, ongoing support, and/or solution development.

• Proficient in navigating procurement, legal review, and security/compliance requirements typical of enterprise services contracts.

• Strong understanding of the economics of Professional Services, including margin, utilization, and the impact of resourcing assumptions on delivery and profitability.

• History of transforming delivery experience into repeatable service offerings, playbooks, and pricing models.

• Experience in leading RFP/tender responses and crafting clear SOWs that outline scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

• Proven ability to originate, structure, and close medium- to large-scale strategic enterprise deals.

• Experience in expanding business into new geographical areas and adjacent verticals.

• Demonstrated success in building and leading globally distributed sales teams.

• Strong proficiency in formal enterprise sales methodologies, pipeline discipline, and forecasting.
