This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Life Sciences sector in the US market.
• Facilitate consultative engagements concerning Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva implementations.
• Create and implement thorough account plans that align sales strategies with client requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gain insights into business processes, compliance requirements, and system architectures.
• Collaborate with Salesforce/Veeva architects, pre-sales teams, and delivery teams to design customized solutions.
• Manage quota, forecasting, and pipeline development, consistently achieving sales targets.
• Actively represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and expanding your professional network.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development and sales within the IT services sector.
• Extensive knowledge of the US market with established connections to mid-to-large enterprises.
• Proven experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices).
• Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Health/Life Sciences Cloud) and/or Veeva platforms.
• Understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes (CRM, HCP engagement, compliance workflows).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
