This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation and execution of initiatives aimed at improving business capabilities and offerings.
• Build and sustain a business pipeline for clients, driving strategic development and growth initiatives.
• Participate in scheduled and impromptu meetings with clients and company members.
• Represent clients at conferences and trade shows while collaborating with them.
• Formulate marketing strategies for clients, which includes designing marketing brochures, materials, and external documentation.
• Draft and revise annual business development plans and quarterly reports for client presentations.
• Conduct capture management activities, including pre-proposal tasks such as capability matrices, template creation, and customer intelligence gathering.
• Identify potential teammates and teaming structures to enhance opportunity capture for clients.
• Lead and assist in proposal management, technical writing, compliance evaluations, and overall proposal submissions.
• Utilize industry insights to establish client-specific objectives and set appropriate priorities.
• Analyze current and future contract vehicles with customers and partners to uncover opportunities.
• Actively engage in business development meetings.
• Execute tasks in alignment with the company's established capture management process.
• Generate weekly progress reports.
• Investigate market trends and maintain required courses of action (COAs).
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred (in business, marketing, science/technology, or a related field); alternatively, three or more years of experience in federal contracting, marketing, or a similar area.
• At least three years of experience supporting Federal customer-facing activities.
• Certification in Capture Management and/or completion of capture management training through Lohfeld, Shipley, or a comparable program.
• Proven experience working within a cross-functional team and effectively managing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly engage with company executives and government leadership.
• Capability to enhance user and customer experiences positively.
• Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team while fostering trust and cooperation.
• Familiarity with conflict resolution, negotiation, managerial communication, and competitive intelligence.
• Skill in creatively solving problems and executing tasks with professionalism across all work environments.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application within capture management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office 365) and/or Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites).
• Must be able to pass a federal and criminal background check.
