This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in identifying, qualifying, and conducting early-stage assessments of opportunities, which includes submissions for Gate 0/1 and gathering intelligence.
• Create and uphold capture plans.
• Facilitate contributions from Business Development, Bid Management, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Operations.
• Monitor actions and decisions.
• Collect, analyze, and preserve client, competitor, and market intelligence.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Aid in the formulation of win themes, value propositions, differentiators, and high-level solutions that align with client requirements.
• Prepare governance and Gate approval documentation.
• Coordinate submissions while tracking decisions, actions, and conditions.
• Effectively transfer capture outputs to Bid Management.
• Provide ongoing support for bids as necessary.
• Ensure CRM data and capture documentation are accurate.
• Assist in lessons learned and activities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Bid Management, Operations, Commercial, Estimating, Legal, SMEs, and Executive Sponsors.
• Proven experience in business development, capture, or bid environments.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and inputs effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of bid processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
