This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You initiate calls and follow up β gaining insights that contribute to the development of an AI-driven system that manages the remaining tasks.
β’ You engage in initial discussions with incoming leads, assess their requirements, and identify emerging patterns from these interactions.
β’ Collaborating with our Marketing Lead, you will construct the sales engine: they will focus on nurturing and marketing, while you take charge of the sales aspect.
β’ You design and manage the sequences, follow-ups, and prioritized lead lists β leveraging AI technology.
β’ You will transfer pre-qualified meetings to our closing team, ensuring they only engage in discussions that are a genuine match.
β’ 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, telephone acquisition, or inside sales.
β’ Proficient in German, with a solid command of English.
β’ Your persistence is a significant asset β you confidently make calls without overanalyzing.
β’ You possess a systems-oriented mindset β favoring the creation of repeatable, automatable processes over daily improvisation.
β’ AI tools are second nature to you β you engage with AI daily and are eager to incorporate it into your sales approach.
