This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Guide prospective clients from various organizations to utilize our offerings by conducting presentations and product demonstrations during meetings, strategizing on deal closures, and providing services based on initial communications and meetings. Understand the technical aspects of our Omnichannel CRM Mobile and Web App to assist in resolving customer issues and maintain strong relationships with management at enterprise clients.

• Test various outreach timings and content to pinpoint effective strategies.

• Work in conjunction with the product and customer success teams to share product feedback and feature suggestions.

• Identify and analyze new opportunities for CRM & Omnichannel Software to expand our market presence.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to uncover lead opportunities and schedule appointments from those leads.

• Utilize strong sales and persuasive abilities to arrange qualified appointments.

• Record, monitor, and manage customer interactions and records.

• Engage in community networking initiatives to promote CRM & Omnichannel Software.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (all fields of study are welcome).

• Previous experience in sales or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Ideally, possess 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (to SMEs / SMBs) with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Comfortable leading meetings and following up with clients.

• Eager and willing to learn.

• Objective and results-driven.

• Interest in startups, tech initiatives, and entrepreneurial settings.

• Articulate and enthusiastic.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Major advantage: experience in selling to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service Managers, Executive Level, and Business Owners.
