This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build and cultivate relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, and enterprise stakeholders in Enterprise Development & Partnerships.
• Identify and assess opportunities within mid-to-large enterprises.
• Create strategic entry points into targeted accounts through Customer Discovery & Workflow Mapping.
• Analyze and document customer workflows, identify bottlenecks, and understand decision-making processes.
• Convert business challenges into structured, automatable workflows.
• Design and prototype agent-based workflows using Agentium tooling in Workflow Design (No-Code).
• Showcase how AI agents can: Automate operations, coordinate across systems, and enhance decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between enterprise users and product/engineering teams, providing structured feedback on: Workflow gaps, feature requirements, and usability enhancements.
• Drive commercial execution from initial engagement through pilot, Letter of Intent (LOI), and contract phases.
• Secure: Letters of Intent (LOIs), pilot agreements, and enterprise contracts while navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments (procurement, legal, innovation teams).
• Stay updated on enterprise AI adoption trends and consulting strategies to position Agentium within broader AI transformation initiatives.
• Clearly articulate business value propositions tailored to various industries.
• A proven track record of selling to mid-to-large enterprises.
• A robust network across consulting firms (Big4, boutique, SIs) and enterprise stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Innovation, Operations).
• Experience in AI, data, automation, enterprise software, or related industries (manufacturing, legal, data-intensive environments).
• Capability to understand and map complex enterprise workflows.
• Comfort in building no-code or low-code solutions or prototypes.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in closing: LOIs, pilot agreements, and enterprise contracts.
• Working knowledge of AI applications within enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: Robotics, manufacturing systems, legal/compliance workflows, or data-heavy operational systems.
• Nice to have: Experience in early-stage (0→1) environments, exposure to agent-based systems or automation platforms, experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, and a background in consulting or working with consulting firms.
