This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Identify and engage potential clients within the technology ecosystem, ranging from rapidly growing startups to large-scale enterprise digital operations.
• Generate qualified meetings through various methods including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and market research.
• Establish relationships with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Founders.
• Schedule and prepare meetings for the Business Development leadership team.
• Develop and maintain a robust and transparent pipeline within our CRM system.
• Gain a thorough understanding of each client's talent challenges before recommending our recruitment and HR advisory solutions.
• Monitor funding rounds, product launches, and digital transformation initiatives, transforming market intelligence into business opportunities.
• Represent Black & Grey HR at technology events, meetups, and industry exhibitions, ensuring the brand's presence is impactful.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills are valued more than years of experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A natural ability to build relationships and the confidence to engage with senior professionals.
• A genuine interest in technology, startups, and the digital business landscape.
