This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify potential new clients whose roles are aligned with Hanover’s capabilities.
• Develop targeted messaging by creating tailored strategic communications for senior leaders, considering their history with Hanover, specific focus areas, and the strategic goals of their institutions.
• Manage the outreach strategy by making over 50 calls and sending more than 15 emails daily to secure initial meetings and generate new business opportunities.
• Support the sales process by honing organizational skills while maintaining a defined territory and assisting an assigned Development Director in achieving annual objectives.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, though relevant experience is also considered; all majors are welcome.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience; prior leadership, professional, or internship experience is beneficial.
• Must be comfortable with cold calling.
