This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct research to identify and qualify opportunities with biotech firms that require Analytical services.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients through targeted outreach and messaging to showcase our company's value for their initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess opportunities and provide internal teams with account insights and company overviews.
• Facilitate the establishment of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) with new clients.
• Assist in the internal setup of new accounts from both commercial and financial viewpoints.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison for a select portfolio of biotech accounts.
• Collect necessary information to submit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) using Salesforce.
• Utilize business intelligence platforms and internal digital resources to discover and promote new business opportunities.
• A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, sales, or a related discipline is the minimum educational requirement.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the healthcare, Clinical Research Organization (CRO), Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device sales sectors, with a proven track record in Business Development. Experience in CDMO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO settings is preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding; excellent prospecting and sales skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in achieving results.
• Highly organized; capable of managing multiple priorities and experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Proven ability to identify and cultivate sales leads, deliver professional presentations, navigate the sales process to closure, and engage in client-facing discussions.
