• Assist GPL in enhancing sales by discovering new prospects and evaluating opportunities.
• Perform outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other authorized channels.
• Arrange discovery calls and sales meetings for senior members of the sales team.
• Maintain records of all activities, notes, next steps, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Support account research prior to meetings.
• Aid in coordinating follow-ups after sales conversations.
• Acquire knowledge about GPL’s client base, service model, and primary offerings.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, client service, recruiting, customer success, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• At ease with making outbound calls and crafting professional sales emails.
• Strong discipline in following up.
• Capability to handle multiple prospects, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with clients and internal teams.
• Enthusiasm for technology, media, entertainment, or creative production sectors.
