This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Assist in outbound business development efforts aimed at institutional investors, wealth managers, family offices, RIAs, and alternative asset managers.
• Aid in prospecting, lead generation, and sales outreach initiatives through email, LinkedIn, conferences, and various other channels.
• Conduct research on potential clients and uncover new business opportunities.
• Organize and monitor business development activities throughout the sales pipeline.
• Engage in client meetings, conference calls, and relationship management activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with significant market participants.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data and accurately track client interactions and opportunities.
• Oversee sales workflows and the progression of the pipeline.
• Monitor lead activity and facilitate timely follow-up processes.
• Support pipeline reporting, forecasting, and the analysis of sales performance.
• Keep track of essential relationship milestones and engagement metrics.
• Assist in creating and disseminating marketing materials and sales collateral.
• Contribute to LinkedIn campaigns, conference communications, and outreach efforts.
• Coordinate preparations for conferences and manage post-event follow-up activities.
• Aid in developing messaging, presentations, and commercial content.
• Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
• Help with meeting scheduling and event logistics.
• Conduct research on attendees and identify relevant prospects before events.
• Capture market intelligence and opportunities for relationship building during conferences and meetings.
• Track commercial metrics and key performance indicators.
• Monitor outreach performance and pipeline activity.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with senior members of the commercial team while contributing to the growth of Tangible Markets, a fintech company revolutionizing secondary markets for LPs, GPs, and wealth managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in financial markets, private equity, and alternative investments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in working with data.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to succeed in a dynamic startup environment.
• Preferred internship experience in finance, sales, consulting, fintech, wealth management, investment management, or financial services.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management is preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn and professional networking tools is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or entrepreneurial experience through internships, student organizations, athletics, or extracurricular activities is preferred.
• Strong ambition to pursue a career in financial sales and business development.
• Candidates should be willing to pursue and maintain FINRA registration as part of their long-term career development.
• Must reside in North America.
• Tangible Markets will offer sponsorship and support for the required licensing process.
• Travel to conferences, roadshows, and in-person meetings as necessary.
