Business Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the foundational support for the BD operations at SRI.

• Ensure the seamless execution of daily, weekly, and monthly BD intelligence workflows without the need for senior oversight.

• Transform raw opportunity and partner data into actionable insights.

• Maintain BD repositories, trackers, and records that are audit-ready.

• Oversee Opportunity Intake & Daily Intelligence Operations.

• Manage ownership of the Small Business & Partner Database.

• Provide intelligence on Contract Vehicles & SIN.

• Coordinate BD Meeting & Workflow Management.

• Track NDA & Compliance.

• Support Proposal & Capture efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, Supply Chain/Logistics, Communications, or a related field.

• Knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle.

• Familiarity with SAM.gov, GovWin, GSA schedules / SINs, IDIQ, and GWAC concepts.

• Capability to analyze large volumes of opportunity and partner data.

• Skill in identifying patterns, gaps, and priorities.

• Ability to produce concise, decision-ready summaries.

• Strong critical thinking and judgment skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Technical & Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables), MS Word (structured documents, templates), and MS PowerPoint (executive-ready slides). Experience with SharePoint / Teams and CRM or BD tracking tools.

• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

• Ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities effectively.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Discretion when managing sensitive procurement and partner information.

• A proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early.
