Business Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Drive profitability and efficiency for the SMB-Enterprise segment through strategic data analysis, identification of business opportunities, and optimization of operational processes.

• Analyze portfolio behavior to identify clients with high growth potential or risk of churn.

• Manage and suggest adjustments in pricing policies and rates to ensure competitiveness and operational margin.

• Monitor the validity of contracts and the status of assets, including leased payment terminals.

• Ensure compliance with contractual clauses and service level agreements (SLA).

• Audit sales cycles to detect operational deviations and extract hidden opportunities.

• Design workflows, guides, and support materials to standardize processes and address quality gaps.

• Coordinate the mass activation of corporate accounts.

• Ensure the proper collection of guarantees and supporting documentation.

• Conduct direct follow-ups to validate customer satisfaction and service continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related fields.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• SQL knowledge is desirable.

• Experience in commercial support management.
