• Lead the creation of both indicative and comprehensive financial models.
• Convert technical data (energy savings, ECMs, load profiles) into financial metrics (cash flow, payback, P&L impact).
• Distill intricate analyses into straightforward, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in conducting sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to aid client decision-making processes.
• Produce polished materials ready for client presentation, including slides, executive summaries, and memos.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to verify the accuracy and completeness of due diligence materials.
• Prepare materials for regular internal and client meetings.
• Foster accountability by tracking and ensuring timely completion of action items and deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, financial analytics, project management, capital markets, and operations teams.
• Engage in recurring meetings with both internal and client-facing teams.
• Collect necessary information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support client-facing documentation.
• Create and present tailored messaging that effectively communicates value, risk transfer, and strategic alignment.
• Ensure optimal organization, presentation, and articulation of solutions or qualifications in RFQ/RFP submissions.
• Evaluate proposal content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Conduct research and gather information on clients, potential clients, project opportunities, utility programs, and targeted markets to generate leads.
• Investigate financial, industry, and competitor trends.
• Stay updated on regulatory, tax credit (e.g., ITC), and market factors affecting EaaS adoption.
• Utilize and maintain all functionalities of EWay CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in banking, accounting, not-for-profit healthcare, or the real estate sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
