This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of current Beauty clients throughout the EMEA region.
• Actively seek out and cultivate relationships with key global and regional premium Beauty brands.
• Spot and assess new opportunities with national clients where Catalent has yet to establish a presence.
• Spearhead product and commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiation efforts.
• Collaborate on daily operational matters with internal departments (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality).
• Uphold disciplined pipeline management and precise forecasting.
• Ensure professional, dependable, and consistent communication with customers.
• Participate in tradeshows, exhibitions, and conferences across the EMEA region.
• Travel within EMEA to enhance business development initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of B2B commercial experience, preferably in Beauty, Personal Care, or Consumer Health.
• Experience in a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) is advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing multiple accounts while identifying new opportunities in intricate environments.
• Strong comprehension of the Beauty / Personal Care customer landscape.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent structuring abilities, disciplined pipeline management, and reliable forecasting skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with senior customer stakeholders.
• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, matrixed, and international setting.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a bonus.
