
Business Development Account Director – Consumer Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee and expand a current portfolio of consumer health clients.
• Proactively seek and pursue new business opportunities, with an emphasis on consumer health and OTC brands.
• Lead the development of product and commercial proposals, including quotations and negotiations.
• Collaborate on daily operational issues with internal teams (R&D, operations, supply chain, quality).
• Maintain thorough pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Ensure professional, dependable, and consistent communication with clients.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences throughout the EMEA region.
• Travel within the EMEA area to support business development efforts.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract finalization.
• Between 5 to 10 years of commercial experience in the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
• Experience in a CDMO setting is a significant advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of the customer landscape in France and MEA; having an existing network in these markets is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation abilities with a talent for navigating complex and lengthy sales processes within a matrix organization.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills when dealing with senior client stakeholders.
• High degree of autonomy and the capability to generate leads and drive activities independently.
• Proficiency in both French and English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
