This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Formulates strategic marketing plans that integrate data analytics and digital marketing methodologies.

• Recognizes and secures lucrative new business prospects within target markets while creating strategic plans.

• Fosters and sustains robust relationships with key agencies by offering customized insurance solutions.

• Guides agency training on product features, market positioning, and effective sales techniques.

• Propels revenue growth by consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.

• Develops and implements strategies for cross-selling and up-selling.

• Performs market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

• May oversee the performance and coaching of staff.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic business development, marketing, or a related field.

• Completion of or ongoing progress towards certifications such as Associate in Underwriting (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Program in General Insurance (INS), or Associate of Risk Management (ARM) is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of agency dynamics, marketing strategies, underwriting, and risk management.

• Exhibits outstanding communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships.

• Skilled in analyzing complex competitive data and industry trends.

• Ensures adherence to insurance laws and regulations.

• Possesses advanced analytical capabilities with the aptitude to leverage data for decision-making.

• This position necessitates frequent day travel and occasional overnight trips to meet with agents, brokers, or attend regional sales meetings.
