This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Development of hospital business.
• Identify and prospect hospitals and clinics across the entire national territory.
• Detect new business opportunities within strategic accounts.
• Activate and expand the network of contacts in Medical Management, IT/Systems, Purchasing, and Clinical Units.
• Analyze the needs of each organization and identify opportunities for digitalization and process improvement.
• Consultative sales.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Design value propositions tailored to each hospital or hospital group.
• Participate in public bidding processes and negotiations in private settings.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts (upselling and cross-selling).
• Ensure a smooth transition to the implementation team after closing the deal.
• Manage the commercial pipeline and forecast in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Follow up on opportunities and ensure sales targets are met.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure a proposal aligned with market needs.
• Proven experience in selling hospital software or clinical digital solutions.
• Experience in public and private tenders.
• Knowledge of the internal workings of hospitals (budgets, purchasing, bidding).
• Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
• Availability for occasional travel.
• Fluent in English.
