This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and secure partnerships: You engage with new partners, platforms, and multipliers, developing collaboration models that emphasize mutual benefits.
• Cultivate partnerships: You create enduring relationships, oversee onboarding processes, and initiate joint growth initiatives.
• Explore new growth avenues: You uncover scalable growth opportunities and establish new sales and distribution channels.
• Analyze market & competition: You assess market potential, target demographics, and competitors, converting insights into actionable deals.
• Enhance processes: You refine our business development procedures with a practical approach focused on scalability.
• Manage KPIs: You establish and monitor the metrics that evaluate partnership performance, growth, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate across functions: You work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Executive Management, ensuring efficient communication and swift decision-making.
• Proven experience in business development, partner management, sales, growth, or platform businesses.
• Strong understanding of digital business models and scalable sales strategies.
• Ability to quickly evaluate partner potential and translate it into tangible deals.
• Confident in communicating with external stakeholders – establishing equal footing and trust.
• Structured approach to work, focusing on priorities, pipeline management, and achieving results.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of executing tasks promptly.
• Interest in e-mobility, sustainability, or digital services.
• Experience in the THG quota market (GHG quota market) is advantageous but not essential; your ability to simplify complex topics into marketable solutions is more critical.
